Overview
The experience begins with a WhatsApp message inviting the guest to complete a pre-check-in via mobile. Once registered, the guest can manage every aspect of their stay: requests, amenities, and local experiences.
Meanwhile, hotel staff use a mobile task manager to receive and complete requests in real time, while the reception dashboard centralizes guests, rooms, and satisfaction metrics — creating an end-to-end connected system.
The design combines hospitality warmth and digital precision, with an interface that is clean, intuitive, and adaptable to any hotel brand.

The prototype became a key storytelling tool in Savvy’s investor roadmap, clearly communicating a vision of frictionless digital hospitality.
It demonstrated how technology can enhance the guest journey and streamline daily operations without losing the human touch.
